Cancellation Policy

Order changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, your order may already be in processing and we may not be able to accommodate changes.
If your order is canceled within 24 hours, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

Damaged Items

We take care to package every order securely. We consider an item damaged if it is defective or physically broken. Slight imperfections to outer packaging during transit (such as a dented box) are not considered damage if the product itself is in good condition.

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. Send a clear photo of the damage to contact@eclatte.com. Eligible items will be replaced at no cost to you.
We do not accept returns or replacements for items damaged through normal wear, misuse, or accidents.


Shipping and Delivery

We aim to ship your order quickly and reliably. However, Éclatte cannot be held responsible for delays outside our control (courier delays, customs holds, etc.). Please contact the courier directly for delivery issues.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is submitted and not corrected within 24 hours, we cannot issue a refund or resend.
